మా ఊరి ముచ్చట్లు..

ఇక్కడ మా ఊర్లో ప్రతీ సంవత్సరం జనవరిలో రెండు వారాంతాల్లో pirate festival జరుగుతుంది. దానికి హడావిడీ, ఏర్పాట్లూ నెల ముందు నుంచే మొదలుపెట్టేసారు. ఇంక వేరే ఏ సందర్భమ్లోనూ ఇంత హడావిడీ, ఇంత ఎత్తున ఏర్పాట్లూ చూడలేదు నేను ఇక్కడ. మొత్తం హడవిడి అంతా మా ఇంటికి చాలా దగ్గర్లో. మొన్న శనివారం kids pirate festival. ఈ వారం పెద్దవాళ్ళది. ఈ festival సందర్భంగా ముస్తాబు చేసిన pirate ship.

మా ఊరు చాలా ఊర్లంత పెద్దది కాకపోయినా కొంత వరకు పెద్దదే, చాలా చాలా ఊర్లకన్నా. సో, ఆ పెద్దది కాని, చిన్నది కాని ఊరి downtown లో తీసిన ఫొటో ఇది.

Barnett Park

సాయంత్రం చీకటి పడగానే tripod తీసుకుని long exposures try చేద్దామని పార్క్‌ కి వచ్చా.....పక్కనే ఉన్న Mercedes Benz E class ని చూస్తూ ఎవరూ లేరని నిర్ధారించుకున్నాక ఫొటో తీశా. I love this beauty. కానీ నాకు ఈ ఫొటోలలో white balance నచ్చలేదు...దాని గురించి కొద్దిగ చదవాలి....

Night Shots - Rebel XT

ఈ రెండు ఫొటోస్ నాకు చాలా బాగా నచ్చాయి. ఫ్లాష్ లేకుండా నైట్ షాట్స్ తో అద్భుతాలు చేయొచ్చు అని చదివాను చూసాను గాని, స్వయంగా తీసి తెలుసుకోవటం ఇదే మొదటిసారి.
